Softball… NOT baseball. Only ignorant people call it baseball. That error is definitely up there on my list of pet peeves. Baseball and softball are NOT the same thing. They have different rules and different fields people! You don’t see baseball players windmilling pitches in from 65ft…

But anyways… Why am I posting a picture of softballs?

… Because I felt like it B-).

But more importantly because when I think of softball, I think of a piece of me that is irreplacable. (Corny, I know.) Softball is like one of those annoying little sisters to me… I’ve grown up with her for however many years and no matter how much I hate her sometimes, I will always love her unconditionally. We have had our ups and downs and we will always be there. I have played softball since I was 9 years old (approximtely 12 years) and I can’t imagine who I would’ve became if I didn’t play. I have no clue. Throughout the years I’ve progressed and if I can say so myself, I’ve turned out to be pretty good :). It has helped me get into college, stay active, work better with people and also win trophies… I love my trophies and medals. But for the most part it has kept me on track with my life. As I was thinking of this now, I thought about how many kids stay out of trouble just to play sports. I know I’d think twice about wreaking havoc if it meant softball would be jeopardized. So yeah, that’s softball for me. What about you?

BUCKET LIST

1)Go skydiving.

2) Visit the top of the Statue of Liberty.

3) Meet a president of the United States.

4) Make over $100,000 a year

5) Visit all the continents except Antarctica.

6) Go on a cruise.

7) Write a Book.

8) Run a marathon.

9) Go snowboarding.

10) Go waterskiing / scuba diving.

11) Go canoeing / kayaking.

12) Ride on a gondola in Italy.

13) Visit a rainforest.

14) Become fluent in Italian and sign language.

15) Go see a waterfall.

16) Ride a mechanical bull.

17) Take a road trip to the west coast.

18) Break a Guinness World Record.

19) Coach a softball team.

20) Truly impact someone’s life beneficially.

21) Visit the Great Wall of China.

22) Meet someone with the same name as me. (Miss South Africa maybe ?! :D)

23) Solve a rubix cube.

24) Save someone’s life.

25) Start a blog. CHECK! :)
